Marathons, ultra-marathons and Ironman triathlons.
Climbed the highest peaks in Alaska, Andes, Africa, Europe and to 8000m in the Himalayas.
How did you end up as a CrossFit/MMA coach? What path brought you here?:
I thought I was fit until my sister introduced me to Crossfit. I saw how one-dimensional my training had been and grew to love the constantly varied and challenging workouts.
Concern about injury led to learning to perform the movements with the best possible form and eventually to teaching others.
What do you do when you’re not Training?
Practice medicine.
Practice being a dad and a husband
Practice meditation
Practice can make for better but perfect can be the enemy of good.
