 There will be no community CrossFit class this Sunday the 19th because the A4 staff will be going to the CrossFit Regionals at the Del Mar Arena. An excellent chance to see the big dogs All members are more than welcome to join us. Tickets are still available and are $15. The A4 staff will meet at the gym around 9 a.m. and will hopefully shove off by 9:30. You can purchase to tickets online at crossfitgames.com Make it known if you're interested and we will add you to the caravan!
