To start competing in a variety of sports.
To teach people how to train for longevity and safety.
What do you like about teaching?
When clients realize they're using something new that they've learned.
What do you like to do outside of coaching and training?
Reading about how other athletes are training, listening to bio-hacker podcasts, watching old fights, and breaking down the techniques and footwork.
What is something you would like to share with your students?
Try to always be open to learning. There’s no such thing as mastery over any exercise. You can always improve yourself, and minimize wasted movements.
